RETURNING AN ITEM FOR REPLACEMENT
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or replaced.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping will be done via J&T or Ninja Van.
Metro Manila: 2 to 5 business days.
Provincial: 3 to 7 business days.
Kindly give our team 1-2 days to process your orders before shipping out the items.
Note: Business days do not include weekends and holidays in the Philippines.

If customers would like more information on the location updates of their items after we ship them out or hand it to the courier, it is their responsibility to follow up with the courier. 


Note: Once we have shipped your package, we have zero control on the delivery schedule by the courier. Please contact them directly for any concerns about delays or schedules.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure to input your complete address including your Barangay to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to both the seller and customer. Refunds and replacement are not allowed for failed deliveries due to wrong address input.
